Why we no longer publish our full fees online
For a long time, we shared our complete pricing structure openly on this page. We believe in transparency, and that has not changed. What has changed is the landscape around us.
As virtual assistant services for mental health professionals have grown in popularity, we have seen an increasing number of competitors use published pricing primarily to undercut, without the specialized training, clinical sensitivity, or real investment in the field that we require of our team. We do not think that serves therapists well.
Our decision to share fees directly is not about being secretive. It is about making sure the conversation starts in the right place: with your practice, your needs, and a genuine fit, not a race to the lowest number.

Hours Per Week
