How It Works

From first conversation to full support.

Getting started is simple. We designed the process to feel like an intake session, because we know how important it is to get the details right when it comes to your practice and your clients.

1. Free 30-Minute Consultation

A relaxed conversation about your practice, your current pain points, and what kind of support would make the biggest difference. We give you 30 minutes so there’s enough time to really discuss the nuances of your needs.

2. Package & Agreement

We recommend a package based on your needs. If you’d like to adjust, we work together until it feels right. Your client agreement is sent through Dropbox Sign. No long-term commitments required.

3. Onboarding Meeting

Similar to an intake session. This takes about 60 to 90 minutes. We learn all your processes, how you like things done, and any clients who need exceptional care and awareness. This is where you meet your permanent VA and your VA alternate.

4. Your VA Gets to Work

Your VA begins managing your admin. They communicate via email, Jane tasks, or Google Chat. Clients are referred to by ID number or first name/last initial for privacy. It’s always better to ask than assume, and your VA knows that.
