Short-Term

Vacation & Brief Absence

1 to 4 weeks

For therapists taking a real vacation or clinics whose admin needs a week or two away. We do a focused onboarding, hit the ground running, and leave everything in order for your return.

Medium-Term

Medical & Personal Leave

1 to 3 months

When a leave is longer and the stakes of continuity are higher, we invest more in the onboarding and provide fuller coverage across all admin functions. Regular check-ins keep you informed without pulling you in.

Extended Leave

3 months to 1 year+
Parental leave is not a gap in your practice, it is a chapter of your life. We take on the full administrative responsibility of your practice for the duration so you can be fully present for your family, not your inbox.

1. Discovery Call

We start with a conversation about your practice, your leave timeline, the scope of coverage you need, and any specific instructions or sensitivities we should know about.

2. Onboarding

We document your workflows, get access to the platforms and communication channels we need, and work through any edge cases or standing instructions before your leave begins.

3. Active Coverage

We handle your admin exactly as agreed. You receive updates at the frequency you chose during onboarding. You are never in the dark, but you are also never pulled in unnecessarily.

4. Return Handback

Before your first day back, we prepare a clear summary of everything that happened during your leave, flag any items requiring your follow-up, and walk you through it so your return feels manageable.
